Charles R. “Bob” Waldron

Mr. Waldron has 25 years of experience in the energy industry with Exxon, Superior, Mobil and Exxon Mobil. He served as the first ever CFO for a $4 billion LNG project in the Middle East. He also served as the chairman of the accounting committee and the audit committee for a large pipeline project in the former Soviet Union. Mr. Waldron has served as CFO and Corporate Secretary for publicly traded companies. Mr. Waldron received his BA and MBA from Tulane University and is a licensed CPA in Louisiana and Virginia.
